Leaders20@Vingroup

Leaders20@Vingroup is a special study course that develops mindset, attributes and leadership skills for students in their 20s, with the goal of creating remarkable future leaders in Vietnam. This course is not just a regular course but also an active learning program that stimulates creativity and promotes personal development.

The total course duration lasts for one spring semester, with three main sections: Micro-learning, Industry Insights – Master Series and Real Challenges, helping students not only improve their knowledge but also participate in solving practical problems to gain a deeper understanding of corporate culture and management principles. Students will be guided and trained by a team of top advisors from both inside and outside the university, ensuring a balance between theoretical knowledge and practical experience. After completing the course, students will be awarded a total of 13 credits with flexibility in choosing their graduation path.

The course is built with the goal of helping students understand society’s biggest challenges, be inspired by business insights, be encouraged to find their own path and self-direct through the process of learning and practical experience, thereby developing leadership abilities. The impact of Leaders20@Vingroup is not limited to nurturing young leaders while still creating long-term value for companies and communities.

This course is specifically for 3rd and 4th year students, not limited to students with excellent academic achievements but also for students with great aspirations and are ready to face challenges. To participate in the course, students need to fulfill the pre-requisites, which include completing required courses, accumulating enough credits, and having potential related to the course’s academic goals. 

Course sizes are kept to less than 25 students to facilitate a high-quality and interactive learning environment. Assessment from the course includes practical assignments and projects, along with support and assessment from business experts in various forms such as meetings, company visits and other live discussion. This helps ensure that students have received adequate feedback and support during their learning and development.

It can be said that Leaders20@Vingroup is a comprehensive course for Vietnam’s future leaders, helping them become influential people and bring positive changes to society.
