Leaders20@Vingroup Aspiration Gallery Walk

Leaders20@Vingroup candidates program started their first real project-based challenge on February 21. In this task, they were responsible for providing a consultant service for the Green Transformation Model for Nha Trang City, which is a genuine consultancy project that is being carried out by VinUniversity.

22 contenders were organized into six groups, with each group responsible for the delivery of a single consultancy proposal in one of the following major areas: Green Industry, Green Agriculture, Green Tourism, Green Urban Infrastructure, Green Transportation, Green Lifestyle. After devoting a significant amount of time to the projects, each of the six teams was able to effectively finish their work and present it in a timely way. Additionally, the distinguished academic mentors, program task force, and senior leaders from Vingroup Leadership Academy presented the groups with a comprehensive evaluation of their performance.

Despite the fact that there are still a number of areas that might be improved, such as the fact that the methods or solutions require a more in-depth justification for their efficacy, the groups have, on the whole, completed their tasks to the utmost extent that was possible. As a result of the event’s success, the candidates have demonstrated that they are prepared to take part in the Second Challenge at Vingroup’s P&Ls.
