Green Transformation Leadership Training Program for Khanh Hoa Province
On the morning of May 4th, the People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa Province, in collaboration with VinUniversity, organized the opening ceremony of the training program on developing leadership mindset and public administration capability for the public sector in the context of green transformation, green growth, and enhancing the PCI (Provincial Competitiveness Index), PAPI (Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index), and PGI (Provincial Green Index). The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Dr. Le Mai Lan – Vice Chairwoman of Vingroup, President of VinUniversity Council; Associate Professor Phan Thi Thuc Anh – Director of Agile Innovation Center, VinUniversity.
47 leaders of various departments, sectors, and localities participated in the program. They were taught about the analysis of the PAPI Index results of 2022 and 2023; the provinces and cities with the highest PCI and PAPI indexes; key findings through the PCI index; an overview of the business context in Vietnam from the perspective of businesses; business results of domestic enterprises; the challenges businesses face… The training course also conveyed portraits, thinking, and management of CEOs of stature; shares about thinking and management according to the Vingroup model; the IDEAL thinking model in the leadership process; several models and tools suitable for implementing the green transformation, green growth project of Khanh Hoa province for the period 2024 – 2030…
The training program received positive feedback from the participants. 95% of the participants were satisfied with the training course. 100% of the participants responded that they would apply the information from the training course to their work, contributing to the green transformation and green growth of the entire Khanh Hoa province.
The training course concluded on May 5th, 2024.
