Digital Twin Platform Handed Over for Green Transportation Infrastructure to Khanh Hoa Province
On the morning of March 27th, during a working session with the People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa Province, VinUniversity officially handed over the Digital Twin platform for sustainable green transportation management – the first of nine green transition solutions developed for Nha Trang City and Khanh Hoa Province. Led by Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Ngoc Doanh, the Digital Twin platform aims to optimize the public bus system, reduce traffic congestion, lower emissions, and pave the way for a smarter and more sustainable transportation network. This platform marks a significant step forward in Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa’s green transformation journey, supporting the province’s efforts to build a modern and environmentally friendly transportation system.
During the meeting, leaders from various departments and the People’s Committee of Nha Trang reported on the progress of the Green Transformation Project for Khanh Hoa Province for the 2024-2030 period, exchanged views on projects that VinUniversity is collaborating on with the province, and proposed that the People’s Committee provide support policies to ensure the effectiveness of these projects. On this occasion, the representative of the Department of Construction and Assoc. Prof. Phan Thi Thuc Anh, Director of the Innovation Center, signed a cooperation agreement for development within the framework of the Green Transition Project for Khanh Hoa Province, 2024-2030. This partnership underscores a shared commitment to achieving sustainable development goals and promoting a green future for the province.
